A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service has provided details about the response.
According to the service, they received notification at 12:47pm on 24 August regarding a road traffic collision at the intersection of Abbs Cross Gardens and Abbs Cross Lane in Hornchurch, RM12. An ambulance team and a paramedic operating from a rapid response vehicle were dispatched to the location. The initial paramedic reached the scene within seven minutes. Medical assistance was administered to a male patient at the location before he was transported to a nearby hospital with priority status.
