Among the submissions is a request from a food business seeking to modify conditions attached to a previous planning approval.

The application concerns retrospective work involving the front elevation roof level.

The proposal has been submitted by Tyme Food, located at 6A Scawfell Street, Hackney, London, E2 8NG.

The application carries reference number 2026/1971 and specifically requests variation of condition 2 relating to approved plans.

A charitable organisation has also filed a planning application with the council.

Rochel D Satmar Charitable Trust has submitted paperwork concerning premises at 27 Warwick Grove, Hackney, London, E5 9HX.

This application bears reference number 2026/2045 and relates to the premises in question.

Both applications are now part of the council’s current planning register and will be assessed according to relevant planning policies and procedures.
