Residents of north London can sample one of the finalists from the national burger awards this week at no cost.
SoBe Burger, which serves Miami-style smash burgers, will officially open on Thursday July 9 on Church Street in Stoke Newington.
The initial 100 patrons arriving after 4pm will receive complimentary burgers, and an opening celebration featuring 50 percent reductions on all items from the opening menu will run until July 13.
The smash patty specialist was established by two schoolmates following a visit to Miami and is launching its newest outlet in Stoke Newington this week.
DJ Versatile will provide entertainment on the opening day, creating what is expected to be a vibrant atmosphere.
Burger enthusiasts should consider trying SoBe Burger’s double bacon black garlic creation, which progressed to the final rounds of the National Burger Awards staged at Walthamstow’s Big Penny Social in March.
Additional offerings comprise the SoBe cheeseburger, the confit garlic cheeseburger, and the original chicken burger, alongside chicken wings, crispy tenders, loaded fries, and house-crafted sauces.
The fresh Stoke Newington site will operate from 11am to 11pm daily, providing delivery through Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.
Since its London launch in 2019, SoBe Burger has grown to encompass 16 sites and over 220 delivery operations throughout the United Kingdom.
The enterprise is run by school friends Tom Ducker and Alex M, who drew inspiration from smash burgers sampled during a Miami excursion.
The pair returned to the United Kingdom with those tastes and that spirit, resulting in the establishment of SoBe Burger, which takes its name from South Beach Miami.
The SoBe Burger Stoke Newington establishment sits at 156 Stoke Newington Church Street, London, N16.
